Why do you not just play music anymore?
Live music will always be the backbone of Another October. However, AO Studios provides different sources of entertainment, resources, and opportunities that would not be provided as a live band.
How do I contact a singer/musician/producer for Another October?
Bassists, Guitarists, Keyboardists, Vocalists, Session Musicians, Songwriters, and Producers are all independently contracted. Please contact and we will liason if both parties are interested.
How do I feature/get featured on a release?
Please contact for information regarding features of AO Studios artists or to collaborate with Another October.

What do I do if my order was incorrect/poory quality/damaged in shipping?

How do I track my order?
If your order does not process directly to your email, please contact for additoinal tracking information.
Why does my order have more than one tracking number?
Different products are housed and shipped at different warehouses and will have independent tracking and shipping (e.g. shirts and cutting boards have different warehouses).
What is the exchange/return policy?
Any purchase with proof of purchase can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of arrival after shipment.
I found artwork/designs/photos that I created on your website without my permission, who do I contat?
Please e-mail with a link to the design and question and provide any proof that you or your team created/partially created the design in question.
What are your taxes and duties policies?
Taxes are collected in states with physical stores or pop-up stores. All state tax laws apply to your AO Apparel order. AO Apparel follows state guidelines that pertain to your order. Taxes and shipping are not confirmed until the order is packed and ready to ship. Your invoice total may vary slightly from the total order from the confirmation e-mail.
