VENDOR APPLICATION
Please use this form to submit your company's information to be considered as a Vendor during Couch Covers.
Any company to be considered must be family-friendly and school appropriate. Approval is at the discretion of the Hosting School and the Couch Covers Team. $3000 upfront costs are due for each vendor upon approval, before Background Checks of Representatives can be filed.
We allow each vendor to send up to 5 representatives. All Company Representatives must be a United States Citizen 18 years of age or older at time of submission, and consent to a background check and a Drug Test that must be passed for each event. Background check is due 5 business days prior to the event.
Vendor must transport and supply their own products, equipment, and booths to the event. Vendor equipment is not covered under Couch Covers Insurance. No LED or Flashing Lights are allowed. Vendors cannot exceed 75 db at the event.
Vendors and representatives must provide written consent for licensing of all trademarks, logos, and likeness for press releases, and behind the scenes images and footage. Vendor Representatives will be supplied with custom Wristbands for each individual event Vendor is approved to attend.
